Local Ethnography On Womenââ¬â¢s Pay Equity
In present day period of mechanical advances and logical developments business all things considered remains the focal point of worldwide occasions. In this way, work market to extraordinary degree is related with equivalent human rights and beneficial human connections that structure the reason for social equity. The last mentioned, as saw by most of sociologists, is an equivalent treatment of society individuals paying little mind to their economic wellbeing, condition, race, sexual orientation, political inclinations, strict convictions, and so forth. Social equity is viewed as the mechanism for each person to accomplish objectives and have indistinguishable open doors in present day society described by different financial, social, social, and political disparities. In Canada every organization is represented by government work laws, which forbid separation dependent on sexual orientation and sex. Likewise, various regions have presented new laws on wage hole end among people. Top chiefs alongside sociologists should lead reviews in their working air on the subject of womenââ¬â¢s pay value contrasting reasonable treatment and pay for work among occupations ruled by people. Results demonstrated that ladies associated with both full and low maintenance employments got less cash than men. Truth be told, in late 1990s female laborers earned 75% of the measure of cash their male partners had paying little mind to the way that as indicated by the examination their capacities to effectively haggle with customers and buckle down on the given undertakings were a few phases higher than those men were described by. Fundamentally, it is reasonable for guarantee that there exist a few difficulties present day social equity in Canada may understanding all through its endeavors to accomplish equivalent treatment among ladies and men as far as budgetary and compensative circumstance: As a matter of first importance, there is a solid propensity in the Canadian culture to determine the issue of compensation hole and sex separation among people without turning to legitimate help. Ordinarily, these circumstances don't get exposure and stay obscure being handled on singular level. Frequently, turning into a survivor of underpayment or pay imbalance ladies will in general look for different methods of extra salary without leaving their past employments. This outcomes in the circumstance when authoritatively ladies are happy with their condition. Also, pay disparity shares much for all intents and purpose with plan as indicated by the ongoing exploration moderately aged ladies procure significantly less cash than those in their twenties or thirties or than men of all ages. Additionally, ethnicity and race have a critical impact in the issue. ââ¬Å"Visible minority ladies have the most minimal salary and most elevated joblessness paces of all groups.â In 1995, the normal pay of noticeable minority ladies was $16,600, contrasted with $17,100 for other ladies in Canada, and $23,600 for obvious minority menâ⬠(Recommendations to the Pay Equity Task Force). The convergence of ladies in certain ââ¬Å"underestimatedâ⬠circles is conventional and articulated to high degree. For example, the administration businesses incorporate such employments of no eminence and low pay as server, cleaner, nurture, and so forth. As per the overview directed in 2005, about 65% of working ladies are engaged with administration industry and make some part-memories work because of various overpowering home obligations. Working a few hours out of every day on ordinary premise significantly adds to the issue of pay hole as such ladies are seen as unfit specialists and add to the issue of neediness. Likewise, they will in general have low degree of business, which may cause poor everyday environments bringing about high costs on medicinal services, and so on. In light of these starter contemplations, it is reasonable for guarantee that the issue of pay disparity mirrors the unfriendly status of ladies in Canada. It signifies that in spite of various social changes actualized by work gatherings and both legislative and non-administrative associations, the thoughts of independent work and adaptable working hours among ladies despite everything survive from current significance. ââ¬Å"In 2001,over seventy five percent of a million ladies detailed acting naturally utilized, speaking to 11 percent of those with occupations. Over the previous decade, 39.6 percent of new openings in Canada were connected to independent work, and 44 percent of the individuals who are independently employed win under $20,000 a yearâ⬠. (Suggestions to the Pay Equity Task Force). As indicated by the Canadian Human Rights Act it is unlawful to assess a similar undertaking achieved by people contrastingly and pay inconsistent measure of cash in the equivalent organization.â The Act contains all classifications of state representatives and vital conditions for the usage of the law. In any case, many discover issue in the segment that manages the compensation hole issue, as it isn't taken into account the necessities of ladies. Framing the fundamental hazard gathering and in this way frequently applying to higher echelon with protests that require various conventional standards and marks, ladies will in general decline from the possibility of exposure particularly considering the way that the application requires certain uses and doesn't generally ensure the petitionerââ¬â¢s fulfillment. So as to help ladies and resolve the issue of joblessness, wage hole, and neediness among them there is a need in making a proficient activity plant that will meet the standards of legislative foundations as far as legitimate strategy and agree to the requests of ladies in the network. Coming up next are the choices to be made: à §Ã¢ To assemble all essential accessible information on the issue of womenââ¬â¢s pay value. This will help the members of the program to understand the size of the issue and appropriately sort out preventive measures. After the materials are gotten and prepared, it is critical to spread the data in the test field and among the individuals who are generally or not under any condition acquainted with the issue. This might be executed through broad communications, open social occasions, and so forth. Recognizing the issue helps in its quicker and successful fathoming. à §Ã¢ To sort out clubs and social orders where unpaid or low-paid ladies will have a chance to discuss their past or current experience, share their own thoughts on the best way to lessen the quantity of those experiencing social disparity. It would be a huge commitment to the execution of the venture as the casualties are the best wellspring of considerations and thoughts on the best way to help individuals to take care of the issue. à §Ã¢ To enroll legislative, non-administrative, and open associations in the program including their money related help as task supports. To urge them to fix previously existing guidelines of their organizations regarding wage hole and cash dissemination. à §Ã¢ To urge ladies to go into business and effectively take part in open life à §Ã¢ To help ladies in fresh starts and advance their further proficient instruction and preparing à §Ã¢ To team up with different affiliations and gatherings, for example, the Canadian Federation of Business and Professional Women Clubs à §Ã¢ To give papers or diaries on the theme à §Ã¢ To make ideal working air for ladies (particularly of outside starting point). à §Ã¢ To advance worldwide collaboration among the individuals from the high-hazard bunch depicting unfriendly conditions and outcomes of powerlessness to shout out and be confident. à §Ã¢ To advance equivalent installment for occupations of indistinguishable worth à §Ã¢ To maintain safe workplace with every single important expertise, for example, PC proficiency, and so on. à §Ã¢ To dispense with viciousness against ladies and maintain a strategic distance from unnecessary number of men in the staff. All in all, it is fitting to take note of that the fundamental target of the activity plan and different tasks associated with the demonstrated above issue is to annihilate the customarily settled generalization meaning that ladies should be engaged with low-pay part. ââ¬Å"Policies, for example, paid parental leave, equivalent business openings and the advancement of reasonable haggling can improve ladies' capacity to take an interest completely in the work marketâ⬠(Pay Equity). With the goal for us to succeed it is important to make a positive picture of free and savvy lady who in actuality consistently stays such and exhibit her capacity to adapt to undertakings that generally are just given to men. à à Ã

Reach Out and Touch â⬠Maxine Tynes Essay
1. Every lady on the transport responds to the childââ¬â¢s activities in an unexpected way. Theâ narrator responds by grinning at the kids since she realizes this is neither the first nor the last time this will occur, while the mother of the kids responds by slapping their hands to make them quit contacting the lady. 2. Using The Wrong Type Of Pov Narrative Essay Sample
Using The Wrong Type Of Pov Narrative Essay SampleBeing armed with incorrect pov narrative essay samples is a very important aspect in research and argumentation. So crucial is this point that it is more important than saying things like 'I love the you'thank you'. On the contrary, pov narrative essays often fail to generate what they should, either in terms of congruence or discussion.Pov narrative essay samples should be produced for a specific purpose. It's not enough to look at them as just samples, but as work samples, which has the same content as that of the actual essay, only being presented in an altered format. In this manner, pov narrative essay samples give the reader or listener the impression that the writer has a lot more experience in dealing with similar issues and has honed his or her craft. With regard to pov narrative essay samples, there are several types. Most common ones are the conversations: one-on-one, two-on-one and three-on-one. The conversations have sever al benefits. First, they reduce all kinds of line breaks, repeating the word, and so on, and allow for concise writing, all the more allowing writers to work on longer paragraphs. The conversations also encourage certain styles and ways of phrasing. They also produce better arguments, since it's possible to avoid using difficult words, as well as phrasing elements, and create a structured argument with meaningful keywords and phrases. Additionally, conversations allow for the kind of flow that is most appropriate when the points are being discussed within a group of people, a scene, etc.A one-on-one conversation, as opposed to a one-on-one essay, also makes it possible to focus on just one person. Sometimes it can be difficult to include everyone involved in a conversation, as they may tend to break up the flow of the conversation. But when the same person is talked about by many people, it becomes possible to actually write the same piece as the conversation, as long as the parts me ntioned by all are included.Another advantage to a conversation is that each speaker can be assigned a distinct sentence structure, for a given person. For example, a man might be talked about in a way that focuses on the guy's physical appearance, while a woman would be given a separate sentence structure that could be used for describing her mental and emotional state.Pov narrative essay samples make it possible to tailor your piece. Since the topic of the essay is focused on just one person, it's possible to incorporate that person's opinion without committing the mistake of filling in blanks with too much information. Likewise, when a conversation is focused on just one person, it's easy to speak about the opinions of the other people involved. One can simply put the conversation up for public consumption and let the person talking describe the experiences or opinions of all the others involved.

Pollution Essay
Writing a pollution essay is not an ordinary task. However, it is often required at ecology-related courses. During the course of education, one is more than likely to encounter the topic of environmental pollution. The subject may not necessarily be governed by the discipline of ecology. Pollution and its impact may be concerned by a large variety of disciplines, such geography, physics, chemistry, social sciences, as well as politics and economics. Therefore, one would strongly benefit from being ready to take up the task of writing a pollution essay. Getting Started First of all, a pollution essay is an academic piece, and, therefore, it is structured by similar rules and standards of accomplishing any other written assignments. That is why it would be only reasonable to firstly review what an essay is and how it should be written. An essay is a short paper describing a certain topic. It should be divided into three main parts: introduction; body; conclusion. The introduction is the opening paragraph, which consists of a brief summary of the topic. It should allow the reader to become acquainted with the background without revealing the main point of the paper. The introduction should be closed with a thesis statement. The body is the main part of the paper, which consists of all general information and main arguments. The conclusion is the closing paragraph, which, unlike the introduction, attempts to finalize the findings and their main primary arguments. Writing the Essay Before writing the actual paper, one should, first of all, decide on the topic. Unfortunately, environmental pollution is a widespread and relevant topic of today. Therefore, one should not find it difficult to seek out information on the Internet. The topics of environmental issues may range from carbon exhaust and greenhouse effect to nuclear waste and oil spills. Depending on the discipline, one should not overestimate his/her abilities and choose a topic overly complex, as it would require sufficient scientific calculations and arguments to back it up. Pollution on Paper Environmental pollution is a very common topic for both scientific and political debate. Its cause lies in the price that the human civilization pays for the modern technological conveniences that surround day-to-day life. However, there still is a hope that environmentalist trends are gaining rapid popularity among the youth and political activist. When writing a paper on pollution, one should recognize these trends and admit the importance of the matter. The author should not merely describe an environmental problem, nor should he/she only focus on the effects and implications of the event. In a pollution essay, it is important for the student to show an understanding of what are the necessary tools and methods that would allow the resolution of the discussed environmental issue. One would assume that an instructor, which assigns a pollution essay task, is more than likely to be interested not only in the studentââ¬â¢s evaluation of problem but also his/her proposal on how to so lve it. Showing concern over pollution, as well as scientific objectivity, is the key to successfully writng a pollution essay.

Money Vs. Happiness Is It Possible For Money - 942 Words
Money vs. Happiness Is it possible for money to buy happiness in life? Is work worth every second that you cannot spend with family? People in todayââ¬â¢s world must either make a choice between the two, money or happiness, or find a happy medium. Should lives be wasted on material items when there is much more to life, such as faith, love, family, and health? Faith brings people security and hope for the future, allowing happiness into peopleââ¬â¢s lives. ââ¬Å"Faith takes strength, and it makes strength.â⬠(Taylor 1) Whether it be religious or not, faith leads to happiness rather than money. Money can be lost, stole, or may go down in value; whereas faith is everlasting and can never be physically stolen. Once people find peace and hope in their heart they can love themselves. Once people love themselves, they can love another. Love is the feeling of acceptance, knowing there is someone there for every event throughout life, but individuals must be able to show love wi thout a constant worry of money. Electrocardiogram Interpretation for Electrode Placement and Cardiac
Question: Discuss about theElectrocardiogram Interpretation for Electrode Placement and Cardiac. Answer: Analysis There is sinus rhythm with a rate of 75bpm (normal rhythm is 60-100 bpm). The cardiac axis is deviated to the left. The electrical depolarization wave is moving toward the left shown by the positive R wave in lead I but negative in lead II and III. The PR interval is normal at 120 ms (normal PR interval 120-200 ms) with normal P waves as the P wave corresponds to one QRScomplex. This shows each P wave is conducted leading to ventricular depolarization shown by a QRS complex. The QRS complex pattern shows right bundle branch block as shown by the rSR pattern in right ventricular leads VI and VII. In a right bundle block no conduction occurs in the right bundle branch but the septum is depolarized from right to left as usual causing an R wave in VI. Then excitation spreads to the left ventricle causing an S wave in VI. Due to faulty conduction the right ventricle depolarizes after the left causing a second R wave on VI. This explains the RSR pattern on VI and VII (Hampton, J. 2013). A right bundle block is however associated with a normal cardiac axis hence due to the left axis deviation a bifascicular block is suspected. ECG 2 (ECGimagejaiden2) Sinus rhythm with 100 beats per minute. Cardiac axis normal. P wave present before each QRS complex. Prolonged PR interval at 160ms. QRS complex present each preceded by a P wave. QRS interval normal at 120ms. M pattern present with deep S waves deep at lead VI, V2. S wave absent on lead V6 ST segment elevated best seen at lead VI and V2. T wave inverted at lead I, II, VI, V2 Interpretation Left Bundle Branch Block. Analysis There is sinus rhythm with a rate of 100bpm (normal rhythm is 60-100 bpm). The cardiac axis is normal. The electrical depolarization wave is moving toward lead I shown by positive R wave in lead I, lead II and III. The PR interval is normal at 160 ms (normal PR interval 120-200 ms) with normal P waves as the P wave corresponds to one QRS complex. This shows each P wave is conducted leading to ventricular depolarization shown by a QRS complex. The QRS complex pattern shows left bundle branch block as shown by the M pattern in lead opposite to right ventricular leads VI and VII, and in left ventricular leads V6 and deep S waves in VI and VII. In left bundle block no conduction occurs down the left branch so the septum is depolarized from right to left causing a small Q wave in lead V1 and an R wave in V6. The right ventricle is depolarized before the left. Despite the small muscle mass there is an R wave in VI and an S wave in V6 appearing as a notch (M pattern). Left bundle block is a lso associated with T wave inversion as seen in lead VI and VII (Hampton, J. 2013). The impression is a left bundle branch block. ECG 3 (ECGanalysis1brownyn) Sinus rhythm with sinus bradycardia 33beats per minute. Cardiac axis is normal. P wave present. 2P wave per QRS. PR interval constant, prolonged at 400ms. QRS complex is normal QRS interval at 100ms. PR interval is prolonged at 400ms The ST interval is normal. There are large T waves in most leads. Interpretation Second degree heart block, Mobitz type 2 Analysis There is a sinus rhythm with a sinus bradycardia of 33 beats per minute. There is a normal cardiac normal. The electrical conduction starts with a P wave, two P waves per QRS. The PR interval is prolonged at 400ms and it remains constant pointing to a morbitz type II heart block. The QRS complex is normal with a normal interval. ST is normal with large T waves (MacFariane et al., 2010) ECG 4 (ECG2analysisbrownyn) Sinus rhythm with sinus bradycardia 42 beats per minute. Cardiac axis is normal. P waves present, although not all translates to a QRS. PR interval not constant, its lengthens progressively, conducts then lengthens. This cycle repeats itself. QRS complex is normal. QRS interval normal at 120ms The ST interval normal. Interpretation Second degree heart block Wenckebach phenomena. Analysis There is a sinus rhythm with a sinus bradycardia, 42 beats per minute. Every cycle starts with a P wave, a QRS complex follows the P waves although not all P waves translates to a QRS. The PR is not constant, it lengthens progressively, then conducts and lengthens again (MacFariane et al., 2010) References Davidsons, J., (2014). Cardiovascular system. War And Peace Essays (1262 words) - French Invasion Of Russia
War And Peace War and Peace The famous Russian author Leo Tolstoy wrote War and Peace in 1865. It is a story about the lives of the Russian royal family from 1805 to 1815. This book depicts things and events that happened during the war. The novel describes the war with Napoleon in which many countries were involved such as Russia, Austrian, Prussia, Spain, Sweden, and Britain. However, the novel mainly focuses on Russia. It reflects the different views and participation in the war of Russian aristocracy. Showing the war, Tolstoy describes Napoleon's attack on Russia, the battle of Borodino, the slow retrieval of the Russian army, the conquest of Moscow by Napoleon, the fire in Moscow, and the retrieval of Napoleon's army during a deadly winter. Napoleon had to retreat from Russia under attacks by Russian peasants and horsemen on those who fell behind. His army also suffers from cold and hunger, since the Russians destroyed all food supplies. The takeover of Moscow by Napoleon proved to be useless, and in the long run, destroyed a large part of his army. Alongside with these historical events, Tolstoy describes the different classes of Russian society in the terms of their participation in the war and what kind of an impact war had on their lives. In the beginning of the novel, the Russian aristocratic class, which was in the czar's circle, wanted Russia to participate in the war. They wanted a quick victory and pride for the Russian nobility. They did not anticipate that the war would destroy homes, agriculture, and take many Russian lives. There are the good people, and of course, the bad. The good people being Natasha Rostov, a teenage girl who grows and matures throughout the book and Pierre Bezuhov, the son of Kirill Vladmirovitch Bezuhov, who speaks much of the novel expressing his purpose on earth. Prince Andrei Bolkonsky, the leader of the Bolkonsky family and a great war hero. The bad people are the protagonists themselves, as they torment themselves and Napoleon Bonaparte, (who, by some, is believed to be an impostor) the emperor and military leader of France, whom is bent on world domination. The Secondary characters are the families of Bolkonsky and Kuragin, Anna Pavolvna, a famous St. Petersburg socialite and Kutuzof, the military leader of the Russian forces. This class is shown in Anna Pavlova Sharer's salon, with its upper class aristocracy, who talk only in French, viewing the Russian language as uncivilized and useful only for peasants. They adopted French culture and wear French style clothing, and at the same time they want to fight Napoleon. However, the majority of this class doesn't want to participate themselves in the war, but want to win the war with the hands of the peasants. These aristocrats, despite their high education and power, will do nothing to help win the war. They live like parasites on the body of Russia's society. This is how Tolstoy describes this class in general, but he also depicts two representatives of this upper class, Andrew Bolkonsky and Pierre Bisuhov, who were the more intellectual ones, and whose lives and views of war and life changed as the result of the war. Depicting the Rostov family, who were also wealthy nobles, but were not in the czar's circle and lived in rural parts of Russia, Tolstoy showed a typical Russian family who were devoted to their country and Russian traditions. All of Tolstoy's sympathy is on their side and he presents them in a positive way. They sing Russian folklore, which the higher aristocrats would not dream of doing. Depicting this class, Tolstoy describes simple and eternal problems such as birth, love, forgiveness, and death. The main national characteristics are in the Russian peasants. Through these people, who hate war, we are shown that they are forced to participate in the war because the have no other choice. They show real heroism during war. Captain Tushin and a soldier, Timohin, give their lives to save their army. Historical figures such as Napoleon and Kutuzov oppose the views of the aristocratic class in the czar's circle. This class of people didn't like Kutuzov, who became the general of the Russian army. They thought he was too

Japanese Labor Unions essays
Japanese Labor Unions essays After the Japanese economic boom of the 1970s, many American companies imitated many Japanese management methods, often in ways that challenged union control. The idea developed that the Japanese did not have labor unions in the way American companies do. Actually, Japanese labor unions do exist and have an important role in the industrial life of the country, though the nature of these unions may differ from what is found in the Actually, Japan has more than 65,000 labor unions, but only one-fifth of the labor force belongs to a union. Most of these unions are organized not as addressing an industry-wide job specialty as would be true in America but as enterprise unions whose membership is restricted to regular, full-time employees working in a single company and its affiliates. These unions are embedded in larger organizations: An individual company's enterprise union generally belongs to an industry-wide union federation, one example being Un'yu Roren (All Japan Federation of Transport Workers' Unions), and that federation in turn usually belongs to a national, cross-industry labor federation. The largest of these is Rengo (Japanese Trade Union Confederation). It was established in 1989, and claimed a membership of 6.83 million people in June 2002 ("Japan Fact This actually shows a decline given that union membership stood at 35 percent in 1975, with one reason given for the decline being "a fall-off in the percentage of workers in manufacturing and other industries that tend to be highly unionized, and, in part, to an increasing number of young employees who prefer to abstain from union membership" ("Japan Fact The labor unions date from the Occupation era after World War II, and the laws passed then remain in force with few changes. These laws legitimized unions as bargaining units on ...

Boivail case
First, Persuasive evidence of an arrangement exists. We can see that there must be an arrangement between Avail and distributor. Second, the sellers price to the buyer is fixed or determinable.Third, collegiality is reasonably assured. Fourth, Delivery has occurred or services have been rendered. From here, we could recognize revenue of the company according to FOB. FOB shipping point, title to the property rangers to the buyer when it leaves the shipping dock and therefore revenue should be recognized at that point. With FOB destination, title does not transfer to the buyer until they receive the goods and thus revenue is not recognized until that point 3. How does the accident affect the stated revenues under different FOB contract structures? Explain your reasoning? If Avail recognizes revenues when the product leaves Violas FOB shipping point then revenue should be recognized at that point. Therefore, the truck accident would have had no impact on Violas third quarter uncial results because the title to the product and the risk associated with the accident would have passed to the Distributor as soon as the truck left Violas. Then, overstating revenues and net income on financial statement should not have happened. However, Distributor mentioned that they recognized the distribution as FOB destination then revenue will only be received by Avail until goods arrived at the point, so if Avail recognizes revenue when the product has reached the Distributors FOB destination it has recognized revenue when it has been earned and ill accurately state revenues and net income on its financial statements. 4.Are you concerned about the companys treatment of analysts who cover the stock? Would you want to be an analyst covering this company? Yes, I am concerned especially about the downgraded stock recommendation that was given to Avail. However, I would not be an analyst covering the company because there were too many misleading information in the company that would cause me as analyst to formulate wrong decision. Moreover, it might also ruin my reputation as analyst if I formulated wrong decision.

Risk of studying abroad Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1500 words
Risk of studying abroad - Essay Example The world is rapidly changing and tending more towards independence, therefore, understanding the culture, language, perspective, needs, and concerns of people from outside oneââ¬â¢s own country helps students to cope better with the rapidly changing and complex world. This priceless experience cannot be achieved by simple tourist excursions to foreign countries. The study abroad experience allows students to be fully immersed into the culture of people within a foreign country. Keywords: Study Abroad, Culture, Foreign Countries, Students, Introduction There are a number of factors that contribute to the surge of study abroad among students in the world over. First and foremost is the increased ease of travel from one point in the world to another (Bryam & Feng, 2006). Travel is a pleasant and common past time among many university students. For many students living in developed countries, and especially those from affluent backgrounds, study abroad is an extension of this love fo r travel, and the desire to experience life in different cultures and different parts of the world. Study abroad is on an upward trend due to political shifts taking place in many parts of the world. In countries such as the U.K., the government encourages local universities to take up students from other nations across the globe (Bryam & Feng, 2006). Along with this, governments within political unions, such as the European Union (EU), encourage students from their countries to pursue studies in other EU member states (Bryam & Feng, 2006). Economic prospects also influence the decision to study abroad. For students from developing countries of Africa and Asia, study abroad bears the promise of a better career and employment prospects, due to the status associated with studying abroad (Bryam & Feng, 2006). It also provides them with an opportunity to attend some of the worldââ¬â¢s best institutions, like the Ivy League institutions, as well as receiving a matching quality of educ ation. Increased cultural interaction also encourages study abroad. This is due to the fact that it improves the cross-cultural intelligence of an individual, promotes international relations among different countries, and adds an extra aspect to the learnersââ¬â¢ educational encounter (Bryam & Feng, 2006). Risk Associated with Studying Abroad Like with any experience that requires one to move away from their comfort zone, as well as daily life routine and culture, there are risks associated with study abroad. In this paper, the risks associated with it are broadly categorized into psychological, financial, legal, and educational risks. Psychological risks These are risks that related to the social and emotional wellbeing of students that result from the overall experience of being in a new culture and different environment. According to Butzer, being in a new country is akin to being in a new environment. This in turn means that students have to adapt afresh to new cultures, foo ds, customs and acceptable social norms, as well as new illnesses and health risks (2013). These challenges pose the ultimate risk of culture shock associated with being in a new

Ethics in Christianity Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 500 words
Ethics in Christianity - Essay Example The Ten Commandments cover ten of the most major ethical points in the Christian religion. These ten ethical concepts range from treating family members and elders with respect, to not committing murder, stealing, or being adulterous. There are also commandments that focus on the the role of God and the purpose of God in the lives of others, making it clear that Christians are not allowed to look to any other god or idol as the one true God. While this may not immediately seem to have anything to do with ethics, as aforementioned God and Jesus play big roles in the ethics that people accept and implement into everyday life. Other idols might not preach the same concepts of ethics, so it becomes vital for Christians to keep their eyes only on God and Jesus to help lead them to the right response. The Bible itself can be viewed as a guideline for Christian ethics. Especially in the New Testament there are stories upon stories about how Jesus treats others, emphasizing on the importance of treating others the way that you would want to be treated. This is yet another method to decide what is considered ethical or unethical in the Christian faith. The Bible is full of these lessons laid down by Jesus and his followers. Absolute truth is when something is true in all times and places, while relative truth is only true at one time and in one place. The only aspect of these ethic principles that are not absolute are the ones in regard to the role of God in the lives of people.

How are the Female Characters Presented in the stories Country Lovers
How are the Female Characters Presented in the stories Country Lovers and Veronica The black girl Thebedi is one of the main characters in the story "Country Loversâ⬠She lives in South Africa under the apartheid which was a system of government which involved a segregation act between whites and blacks, so she hasn't as much rights as whites do, because of this she is restricted and hampered by her culture. The Educational system started with both white and black children in primary education where they spoke local dialect and then after that the white children went to secondary education where they learnt Standard English and the blacks went to work and learnt the language of authority. There was also at the time an Immorality act which was where it was illegal for a white person to have a relationship with a black person. This made Paulus Eysendyck and Thebedi keep the love with each other secretly ââ¬Å"She had to get away before the house servants who knew her, came in at dawnâ⬠This shows they have compassion and determination to keep the relationship going. Paulus is in charge of the relationship for example ââ¬Å"He told her each time, where to meet againâ⬠. Paulus and Thebedi have known each other since they were children. Paulus is son of the owner of the farm where Thebedi comes to work later in the story. Paulus is a white boy, and Thebedi is a black girl. They used to play on the farm as children and had primary education together. When he comes home for the holidays, he brought her presents, and Thebedi also give him a homemade bracelet. The bracelet is admired very much by his friends at school. Meanwhile, a black young man, Njabulo, falls in love with Thebedi, and wishes that he could be the ... ...ronica the most essential issue of the story and what it all amounts to is Tradition. The life Veronica led was steeped in tradition. Every aspect of the story is based around tradition. It was traditional for men to go off to work and women to stay in the home to cook, clean and look after the children. This would explain her lack off education and why the opportunity of going to a school as a child was not open to her. There was not as many opportunities open to women because it was unusual for women to go out to work or get a job. By tradition, men have the more dominant role. Veronica was a weak female so this would explain why she took unnecessary punishment of her father when she was younger. This also would explain why women as a whole where expected to stay at home. These are the reasons why I believe Veronica did not leave for the city with Okekà ©.

Operations Management â⬠Hayes and Wheelwright Essay
The Hayes and Wheelwright model (Slack et al, 2009) is a useful way to classify the operations function of an organisation. Select your own organization, or an organization with which you are familiar, and identify at which stage of the Hayes and Wheelwright model you would currently place the operations function. Justify your positioning by drawing on relevant theory and practice. This paper discusses the operations strategy and management of the construction division of Larsen & Toubro Limited ââ¬â the leading engineering, construction and technology conglomerate of India with an international presence in over 40 countries. I have spent 10 years working with the construction division in various capacities including a rewarding 5 year stint in the corporate head office reporting to the Vice President. Operations function is perhaps the most important function in most organizations, be it a product manufacturing or a service oriented company. The day to day operations, when considered in their totality actually reflect and in turn also constitute the organizationââ¬â¢s long-term strategic direction (David Barnes, Operations Management: An International Perspective, 2007). This is in other words the operations strategy impacting the overall business strategy or the corporate strategy. Hayes and Wheelwrightââ¬â¢s Model The Hayes and Wheelwright four stage model summarizes the operations contribution to overall strategy. In stage 1 the operations function is reactive and internally focused. Its best contribution is to avoid any big mistakes. In stage 2 the operations function aligns ideology with the best in the market and tries to adopt these. Its forward looking and willing to learn even the hard way and is externally neutral. In stage 3 the operations function is comparing notes with the best in the industry and also has reached a respectful place within the cross-functional company matrix and the other departments look to it for guidance. The operations function is internally supportive. In stage 4, the operations function is providing the foundation for competitive success by being innovative, proactive, and flexible, forward looking and correctly anticipating future, in short being one step ahead of competition.

Atlantic Slave Trade - 1772 Words
The origins of the Atlantic Slave Trade were products of Western Europeââ¬â¢s expansion of power that began at the beginning of the 1500ââ¬â¢s through the 1900ââ¬Ës. The main contributing European countries to the Atlantic Slave Trade were Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, France, and England. Portugal lead the movement during the 1400ââ¬â¢s and arrived in Western Africa in hopes to find Christian allies to spread Christianity against the Muslims of Northern Africa. But they soon became more interested in trade (Hine, Hine Harrold, 2011). Slavery, however, has existed in all cultures for thousands of years. For example, Arab merchants and West African Kings imported white European slaves. At first, the slave trade focused on women and children whoâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦Many times, especially during storms, the slavers neglected to feed the slaves or change the tubs and buckets used for toilets, as well removing dead bodies (Hine, Hine Harrold, 2011). Sanitation was also a major contributor to death and disease. Only about three or four toilet tubs were provided for all of the slaves. Mortality rates were exceptionally high on the ships, averaging around 15%. Overall, about one third of all slaves died during the whole process of moving them from Africa to the Americas. The main causes of mortality on the ships were diseases such as small pox, malaria, dysentery, yellow fever and measles (Hine, Hine Harrold, 2011). There was however still rebellions from the captive slaves aboard the ships. Rebellions usually occurred when the ship was getting ready to set sail or when they ships were still within sight of the Africa land mass, when there was still hope for the slaves to return home. Often times slaves would actually starve themselves intentionally or try to jump off the ship to drown. But to combat this, the slavers would sometimes put nets on the side of the ship to stop jumpers and to deal with those who would refuse to eat, the slavers would use hot coals to force individualââ¬â¢s mouths open to eat (Hine, Hine Harrold, 2011). The women aboard the slave ships were treated very badly as well. They were often raped and sexually abused. Some of it reacts with the other ingredients. The carbonated ice cream has a slightly tangy flavor, much like that of soda water. Because the flavor is different, you might prefer flavored ice cream over plain vanilla.

Bad Samarians Free Essays
Ha-Joon Chang is a Cambridge heterodox economist, who specializes in development economics and the abject poverty of the Third World countries. Trained at the University of Cambridge, he has served as a consultant to the World Bank, the European Investment Bank, and various United Nations agencies. Since 1992 he has also served on the editorial board of the Cambridge Journal of Economics, he is the author and contributor of many researches in economics. We will write a custom essay sample on Bad Samarians or any similar topic only for you Order Now The objective of this essay ââ¬â to review his views described in his controversial new book ââ¬Å"Bad Samaritans: The Myth of Free Trade and the Secret History of Capitalism,â⬠and to compare it with the more traditional views where it possible. Bad Samaritans Mostly in his book Ha-Joon Chang appeals to his opponents, orthodox economists, and generalists in particular. Ha-Joon Chang has wide personal experience because he was born in the country that was one of the poorest on Earth that time. The new book starts with the description of economic downturn in Korea after the Korean War. It is hard to believe, but the famous Samsung Company that time was subsidized by sugar refining and textile enterprises. Another big company, Pohang Iron and Steel Co. , or POSCO, which now is the third largest steel company in the world, was state-owned and couldnââ¬â¢t get the support from the World Bank. Analyzing the development of other economics in the 1960s, the author notices that Japanese government refused to follow the politics of free trade that time and this decision had a positive impact on Japanese car manufacturing industry. In other case modern famous Japanese companies could be the filials of Western companies, and nothing more. This thonking leads the reader to the concept of what Ha-Joon Chang calls the ââ¬Å"Bad Samaritans. â⬠As the author described, ââ¬Å"people in the rich countries who preach free markets and free trade to the poor countries in order to capture larger shares of the latterââ¬â¢s markets and preempt the emergence of possible competitors. They are saying ââ¬Ëdo as we say, not as we didââ¬â¢ and act as Bad Samaritans, taking advantage of others who are in trouble. â⬠Chang divides ââ¬Å"Bad Samaritansâ⬠into two groups: first are the leaders working in the ââ¬Å"unholy trinityâ⬠of global financial organizations: World Bank, World Trade Organization and International Monetary Fund, and second are the ideologues ââ¬â ââ¬Å"those who believe in Bad Samaritan policies because they think those policies are ââ¬Ëright,ââ¬â¢ not because they personally benefit from them much, if at all. â⬠The common feature of both groups is the adherence to a doctrine called ââ¬Å"neoliberalismâ⬠, which is dominating in the global economy from 1970s till nowadays. The worst in this doctrine, according the opinion of the author, is the fact that those countries that propagate this doctrine all over the world reject its implementation in their own economical systems. The key characteristics of neoliberalistic economics were called ââ¬Å"Golden Straitjacket,â⬠which is the only root to economic success according its advocates, like ââ¬Å"unholy trinityâ⬠. They actively implement this economic policy in poor and developing countries. As it known from the Nobel-awarded researchers of orthodox economists, the Golden Straitjacket policy struggle for trade liberalization, reducing corruption and state bureaucracy, privatization of state-owned enterprises and pensions, balancing the national budget, intellectual rights protection and other trends and policies which are intended to guarantee the stable economic growth. In real life the implementation of these policies in developing countries leads to creation of economical dependence from global financial organizations. At the same time the most developed countries donââ¬â¢t implement the Golden Straitjacket policy. Ha-Joon Chang writes: ââ¬Å"Practically all of todayââ¬â¢s developed countries, including Britain and the US, the supposed homes of the free market and free trade, have become rich on the basis of policy recipes that go against neo-liberal economics. â⬠Rich countries protect their manufacturer from the foreign investments and use subsidies and protections to protect their industries. The WTO sanctions are considered by rich countries as the lesser evil. Chang enumerates prominent men from different countries whose economic solutions became the basis of their countries flourishing. All of them struggled for the development of the national production and used protectionistsââ¬â¢ politics. Chang notices out that nowadays the most developed countries do the same, especially the USA. He claims the Third World War has already begun and the USA tries to maintain its position as global hegemon. There are already conquered sides in this war, and one of them is the African countries. As the result of neoliberalism policy, The living standards in Africa are falling within the recent thirty years, because IMF and World Bank run most of African economies virtually. All the features of neoliberalizm described above were implemented in African countries. As the result the struggle with corruption ruined the system of communities existed before, the struggle with bureaucracy left courtiers without the perfect executive power branch, the intellectual property protection prevented the development of sciences, and pension privatization left the elder people to the poverty. Chang criticizes the struggle with the corruption because, according his words, ââ¬Å"Most of todayââ¬â¢s rich countries successfully industrialized despite the fact that their own public life was spectacularly corrupt. â⬠Another object of sharp critics of the author is the concept of cultural influence on the economical performance of the country. The popular idea tells that the culture if the country defined the business methods of its people and thus their economic success. First this idea is an intolerant and chauvinistsââ¬â¢ one, second, cultural differenced fail be the main explanation for economic success. He claims that the culture of the country is the result of economical development and not the cause. Using the chapters describing the mechanisms of economical development in different countries Chang proves that cultural explanation is just the screen to mask the real reason: the richest countries are afraid of competitors from below and do their best to annihilate the possible competition in the moment of origin. Generally, Chang writes, the policy of protectionism is absolutely normal, because it exists for ages. The problem is in hypocrisy surrounding ââ¬Å"free tradeâ⬠. According to Chang, ââ¬Å"Belief in the virtue of free trade is so central to the neo-liberal orthodoxy that it is effectively what defines a neo-liberal economist. You may question (if not totally reject) any other element of the neo-liberal agendaââ¬âopen capital markets, strong patents, or even privatizationââ¬âand still stay in the neo-liberal church. However, once you object to free trade, you are effectively inviting ex-communication. â⬠Analyzing the existing situation on the global market, Chang concludes that the golden straitjacket fits the healthy countries only. This policy allows production distribution between countries, and poor countries are forces to specialize in the sector s that ââ¬Å"offer low productivity growth and thus low growth in living standards. This is why so few countries have succeeded with free trade, while most successful countries have used infant industry protection to one degree or another. â⬠Thus, the free trade, according the Chang, is a fiction and the tool for rich countries and ââ¬Å"unholy trinityâ⬠for redistribution of wealth. Conclusion The views of Ha-Joon Chang to the development of global economy nowadays are contradictory and donââ¬â¢t correspond to the mainstream in the economical science. However there are many writers and scientists with the same mind who share Changââ¬â¢s ideas that the ideology of free trade and its implementation are two different things, and the first of them can be used as the powerful tool of economical influence. Interest Bearing Securitie Portfolio Management
Question: Discuss about the Interest Bearing Securitie for Portfolio Management. Answer: Introduction The investment in the assets has been seen to be risky and challenging to handle the market of finance. The practice is set to focus on the concept of the risk and the investor will to take the amount. The investor has a higher risk or the lower risk averter. This will depend on how to handle the level of returns along with yielding the investment in the due course of time. The allocation decision is for the different patterns where the assets rely on the preferences of the investor. (Hall et al., 2015). The focus has been on holding the period of the investments with their securities. Interest Bearing Securities It is the claim which has been against the loan issuer. The field has been mainly depending upon the interest rate paid to the security owner. There have been different interest bearing instruments which are depending on the instrument issuer with the collateral sense to handle the loan and the maturity with the details of how the interest is paid. The interest coupons have been paid on the bond for the yearly basis where there have been interest only once. This is at the end of the maturity of the bond with the redemption data. This is called as the zero-coupon bond. (Zaidi et al., 2015). The other interest payment involves the instruments which have been sold at a discount, with the interest. The sale where the price is seen by discounting the loans and includes the interest payments which have been not made in the bond to calculate the net present value. Money Market Securities The money market has been the segment for the financial markets with the higher liquidity growth with the trading of the short maturities. The market has been through the borrowing and the lending for the short terms from certain days to year. The money marks hold the negotiable certificates for the deposits, the acceptance of the banker, the treasury bills, commercial paper and the other municipal notes. These are based on the federal funds and the repurchasing agreements. These are also called the cash investment as they are for the short maturity period. These have been conservative to offer the lower return with the securities. The risks are related to the market of the money where the investor needs to be aware of the changes. (Benigno, 2016). Long Term Securities The long term patterns have been consisting o the securities which are other than the shares through the original matures for a particular year. The accommodations are based on the varied practices in the countries to handle the long term patterns with the defined success to include the maturity period for the time of two years. The bond has been to hold the long term debt instruments with the corporation or the government. There have been important coupon rates which are stated under the rate of interest with the capitalisation which depends on the bond risks and the other risk free rate structure. Distinguish Between Money Market Securities and Capital Market Securities The capital markets have been including the stocks and the market of the bonds. These are able to handle the world markets which focus on the stock exchange and the other commercialised banks. The operations are based on operating the close scrutinised structure where the use of the capital is through the long term purpose like the mergers and the business lines. The companies with the federal and the local government issue the debt through certain bounding markets. (Ferris, 2015). These are offering better returns but are risky for the short term funding. The money markets have been for the funding which are important like the retired living which is on the fixed income through the use of the money market in order to keep it safe. The deposits and the collateral loans with the acceptances and the bills are important for the operations in the money market. The short term debt is mainly for the covering of the payroll expenses. The use of the money markets is to maintain a right amount for the liquidity with the investments that yield a smaller return. Techniques for Valuation of Securities and Other Assets There have been techniques for the valuation of the securities and assets through the impact of inflation or economy or the other shocks. There have been debentures, preference shares and the equity shares for handling the time value of money. The setup is based on securities which will have a potential with additional return above the face value. The valuation is based on the long term debt instruments which has been used by the larger companies in order to borrow the money. There have been terms which are used with the bond, loan stock or the notes. The debentures are based on the interest at a particular rate till the maturity with the principal amount on the maturity. (Ho, 2015). Here, the value of the: The preference shares are mainly to carry the fixed dividend for the valuable which can be based on the bonds that are redeemable or irredeemable based on the annual dividends and the maturity amount. This is through the cash information and the maturity amount. The equity shares are based on the dividend capitalisation and the earning capitalisation. There has been no fixed dividend which has been associated to the equity factor with the growth rate at a steady state with the preference shares. Assets Classes and Portfolio Management Techniques The asset allocation is based on the determining of the overall risks and the return. There is a need to focus on the goals with the proper basic management approach. The strategic asset allocation with the rate of returns for the different asset classes. The constant weighting asset allocation is mainly for handling the buy-and-hold strategy where there is a drift through the established policy mixture. The patterns have been set for the strategical asset allocation which needs to focus on the short term divisions with the exceptional investment opportunities. This adds to the timing of the market to allow for the more favourable approach. With the interest rate immunisation, there has been a strategy which ensure that there is a change in the rate of interest which will not be affecting the portfolio. This is mainly to make sure that the value of the fund pension or the different assets of the firm will increase or decrease depending upon the pension funds. (Hussin et al., 2015). T he interest rates include the cash flow match with the duration matching, volatility and the convexity. The practical approach is the duration for the assets which are matched with the total duration of the liabilities. This is to make sure that they have been profitable under the change of the interest rates with their assets and the liabilities. The patterns are able to easily match to the price functions of the assets along with making sure of the derivatives for the asset price function. There have been problems related to the protection against the mismatch like the default by the borrower. The users of the technique are working on the bands, including the insurance company and the other pension funds. The disadvantage has been associated to the duration match which is set under the assets and the liabilities which remains completely unchanged. Risk Attached with Long Term Securities There is a possibility that there has been an increase in the interest rates with the longer time period. The investors who are buying the long term bonds have to sell them before the maturity so that they are able to handle the discounted market price. With the short term bonds, the risks have not been significant where there is a concern on how to handle the driven changes. The long term bonds are holding the great duration due to the rate change which has a great effect on the bonds. (Dyson et al., 2016). The concepts have been difficult to the conceptualisation. The valuation is based on the market and the income approach which focus on both the income statement and the assets. This is able to operate the concern with the preparation of the liquidation. Foreign Market Investment and Risks The foreign market investments include the level of economy with the economic risks and the political risks which have been associated to the investments. There have been assess which allow the potential investors to assess the risks that have been attached to the investment opportunities. These are through the foreign investments through the international or the overseas fund, global or the world funds, country funds, regional funds for the specific geographical area. The major risks which have been associated to it are the transactional costs where there is a need to invest in the international market. This has been relatively globalised and connected to handle the market, an individual is investing in. there have been commissions for the brokerage which are higher than the international markets. the liquidity risks in the emerging markets have been not able to sell the stock. (Fuller, 2016). The currency risks have been for the investors to protect the investment. There have been different types of the liquidity rates for the hold of the international stock patterns. The risks are related to the political, currency and the market risks. There has been an exchanging rate of the fluctuations which can easily boost or limit the returns on the investment. The secret prices could be considered as the offset by the decline in the currency value. The political risks relate to the immense changes where there is a need for the workers and the investors t o be aware of the political risks. The information is based on the investment where there has been dissemination with caution. The current risk is related to the control pattern which has a negative impact on the values of the risks tolerance. Conclusion With the changing market, there is a need to work on handling the international stocks which have been becomes a larger share for the investment. There is a need to work on the small exposure patterns to the emerging markets which are experiencing the growth and the industrialisation. (Garbade et al., 2015). The higher risks of the investments are based on the growth with the patterns to hold the exchange trading funds. Recommendation With the changing times, there is a need to set up the interest through the different options which will be able to handle the fixed charge rates. The equity security and the other funds have been set by the management to work on them. The patterns of the omission of the dividends does not have the owners of the equity for the enforcement to claim for the dividends. There are cases which relate to the regular dividends in the events of liquidation and are entitled to the omitted dividends with certain preferences of the assets for the different preferred stocks. Room F Desert Essay Example
Room F Desert Paper ââ¬Å"Room for dessertâ⬠ââ¬â Business plan assessment Introduction Many people believe that a business plan is helpful but not necessary. This is true in the sense that business plans are helpful but, in fact, they are vital if you are serious about success in both short and long term. The aim of this paper is to evaluate and critically assess the ââ¬Å"Room for dessertâ⬠business plan. The remainder of the paper is organized as follows: Section 2 will try to analyze who is the audience for the plan, what are their needs, and how well does the business plan meet those needs. Section 3 will discuss about the strengths and the weaknesses of the business idea, while the final section will present a personal opinion on the critical issues that might require further investigation before investing in this venture and the way the information might be acquired. Who, What, How well? Many would think that business plans itââ¬â¢s all about formulating the concept and clarifying the details of the proposed business but, first of all, itââ¬â¢s about raising the money to start-up and implement the idea in the real world. When we talk about raising the funds, we implicitly talk about the investors who are looking for the best investment opportunity out of thousands of business plans sitting on their desk, making the business plan the core and probably the most decisive document of the business. It is the case of RFD as well; their business plan audience is the investors. As Sahlam (1997) recommends, in order to speak the language of the investors it is essential to assess the four interdependent factors critical to every new venture: the people, the opportunity, the context and the risk and reward. In our case, RFDââ¬â¢s board of directors is represented by accomplished industry experts. Along with their summaries the short presentation of the management makes the assessment of the people clear and easy. Focusing not on the individuals, but on the team, it is noticeable that the team members complete each others, having various educational backgrounds and work experience in different fields covering all the departments of the business. The team members have good insight of the industry, even more suggesting as future potential members of the board professionals from the relevant industry to the business. It deserves full marks. In terms of opportunity, Sahlam suggests that the investor should look in the business plan at the size of the market, the possibility of rapid growth and the number of competitors for that specific business. After the industry examination, RDF business plan describes the way they will build and launch the product and itââ¬â¢s economically viability, checking at the same time the costs, prices and period of time for payment and collecting. Moreover, the data is realistic, presenting the promises for expansion, the drawbacks (variables) and the actions available in case of bias. RDF business plan covers very well the opportunity issue, defining the target customers with high precision (age ranges 25-35 and 35-54, with median household income of $52,100 and their preferences), providing in a clear manner the concept of their product, the operations and facilities and their marketing strategy. Furthermore, a comparison with the competitors is provided along with a description of the potential entrants. Both market and financial analysis are included and presented in both descriptive and graphical ways. It deserves full marks. According to Sahlam, The context presented in the business plan must include the macroeconomic environment, the government regulations and other factors that define the limits of what a business or its competitors can accomplish. The business plan for RDF presents the context for their business proposal. It describes in detail the food trends, the psychology of the customers due to the work environment, the needs of the customers and their new preferences. The business plan seizes opportunities available in this context defining their target customers. It deserves 5 marks. In terms of risk and reward, the RFD plan presents clearly certain negative events can cause a fall in their performance. They state in a realistic manner that the assumptions may be biased or not precisely estimated. A scenario analysis is provided as well, stating that actions will be undertaken by the company in case the first unit performs under the expectations. The management team along with the board of directors assume the responsibility to respond to the risk presented in the plan. The plan contains graphs and visual aid along with financial predictions for the return of the business making the analysis of risk and return easier. Moreover, the plan includes the exit strategy and the predictions of the company evaluation. As the risks have no solutions provided, it deserves 4 marks. Strengths and Weaknesses One of the strengths of RFD business plan is that there is desirability for the product/service, serving a need in a market place. The idea of a quality fine dining restaurant serving desserts and beverages, delivered with unpretentious elegance, as a social alternative to consumers at reasonable prices represents a good idea that fills a gap in the market. On the other hand, the demand for the product wasnââ¬â¢t tested, no survey or trials being delivered, leading to 4 marks A second strength of the plan is that it states clearly the target market, defining the product and its consumers. They define both their customer segments, providing a detailed description of them. Unfortunately, the industry is not a new one, being based on food and beverages. Even the product is a social alternative for consumers, it is not revolutionary. It deserves 4 marks. A third strength of the business plan is the management prowess, RFD providing a good description of the management team and their skills. They offer their resumes and their management plan in a clear way. At the same time they provide a good description of the resources they need to use and the way of acquire them, obtaining full marks. In terms of financial feasibility, the business plan presents all the figures necessary, stating the total start-up cash needed and a description of its use. Moreover it presents its financial performances in comparison with other businesses similar in the industry. The fact that the salaries and the rewards for the board of management are not mentioned might be a drawback and at the same time the shares of the companies are not stated clear among the equity. For this the mark is only 4. What does it miss? In my personal opinion, as an investor I would like to know what are the suppliers that they would like to negotiate with and if these suppliers have a good reputation or not. Moreover, it would be easier and faster to have a list of the firms that the business is willing to collaborate with. Finally, I consider that the plan presents the risks that the business might be exposed to, but it doesnââ¬â¢t provide any solutions for them, even if the management already knows them. I would like to know that the management is thinking ahead for the solutions and not that they will respond promptly to the risks that may occur.

Euclid essays
Euclid essays Euclid Euclid of Alexandria is thought to have lived from about 325 BC until 265 BC in Alexandria, Egypt. There is very little known about his life. It was thought he was born in Megara, which was proven to be incorrect. There is in fact a Euclid of Megara, but he was a philosopher who lived 100 years before Euclid of Alexandria. Also people say that Euclid of Alexandria is the son of Naucrates, but there is no proof of this assumption. Euclid was a very common name at that time, so it was hard to distinguish one Euclid from another. That is the big reason why there is little known about Euclid of Alexandria. Euclid of Alexandria, whose chief work, Elements, is a comprehensive treatise on mathematics in thirteen volumes on such subjects as plane geometry, proportion in general, the properties of numbers, incommensurable magnitudes, and solid geometry. He was probably educated at Athens by pupils of Plato. He taught geometry in Alexandria and founded a school of mathematics there. The Data, a collection of geometrical theorems; the Phenomena, a description of the heavens; the Optics: the Division of the Scale, a mathematical discussion of music; and several other books have been attributed to him. Historians disagree as to the originality of some of his other contributions. Probably, the geometrical sections of the Elements were primarily a rearrangement of the works of previous mathematicians such as those of Eudoxus, but Euclid himself is thought to have made several original discoveries in the theory of numbers. Euclid laid down some of the conventions central to modern mathematical proofs. His book The Elements, written about 300 BC, contains many proofs in the field of geometry and algebra. This book illustrates the Greek practice of writing mathematical proofs by first clearly identifyin ...
